The 2019 NCJCL Certamen Qualifiers were held on March 9, 2019 at UNC-Greensboro. Results and brackets can be found on this spreadsheet created by Magister King. Information for the 2020 NCJCL Certamen Qualifiers will be available in early 2020.

2019 NCJCL Certamen Qualifiers are almost here! They will be held on March 9th, 2019 at UNC-Greensboro. In order to play competitive certamen at State Convention, your team must place as one of the top 9 teams in their level.
SEMI-FINALS AND FINALS WILL BE PLAYED AT STATE CONVENTION.
As always, each school may field two teams per level, the levels being Middle School, Novice (typically Level I), Intermediate (typically Level II), and Advanced (typically Level III+).
- Students may play up a level, but never down.
- Each team can have 4 players and up to 4 alternates. You may list players as alternates who will not be at the qualifying event, but who may play at state convention.
- All participants (whether players or alternates) registered must be registered as a member of the NCJCL for the 2019-2020 school year.
In order to complete your registration you must:
- Email (by February 22, 2019 for $5 registration, March 1 for final $10 registration) the form below (COMING SOON) to [email protected].
- Send a paper copy of this form AND a school check or money order ($5 per team if by 2/22, $10 if by 3/1) payable to NCJCL (no personal checks, please) to:
