MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION Middle school and high school chapters must be registered separately with their own individual registration form. * If you happen to have four or fewer middle school students who physically attend your high school class with other high schoolers, those middle schoolers have the option of joining your high school chapter, but they must compete at the high school level. If you have 5 or more middle schoolers (even if they are attending your high school class), those 5+ middle schoolers must register as a separate middle school chapter.
NOTA BENE: - The file should be named SCHOOL NAME NCJCL 2023-2024 Membership - Use the same school number from last year. - A Student ID number is NOT the same as a PowerSchool/school assigned number. Each school is assigned a two-digit number. If the school number is 11, students should be listed as 11001, 11002, etc. If you do not have an assigned number please let me know as soon as possible. - On the form you will notice that there is a place to indicate if a student does not want his/her name or photo used by NCJCL. Otherwise, it is assumed that permission is granted. N.B. If students are minors, this information should be communicated to parents, if your administrative office does not have this information already on file.It is expected that teachers would not include pictures of these students in anything sent to NCJCL or included in the chapter’s scrapbook. Please include the emails of your officers.
