If you are paying by check, we must RECEIVE your check (i.e. the check must REACH US) by Thursday, October 15th (if your check is arriving later, you MUST email email@example.com to let us know!)
Students from whom we do not receive payment will not be granted access to the Zoom meeting links!
-----------------------After October 15th: Instructions for Event’s Zoom Links-----------------------
After October 15th (likely on Saturday, October 17th), participants that have completed BOTH parts of registration (google form and payment) will receive an email with instructions on the event’s Zoom meeting links:
General Assemblies and Speaker Sessions will REQUIRE REGISTRATION (links to registration will be in the email, and participants MUST FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION form in order to be approved to receive separate emails with those meeting links—this is just an extra precaution, there will NOT be extra payment, everyone who has already paid for the event will be approved to attend the speaker presentations)
Participants must complete the required registration BY Wednesday, October 21st in order to get those Zoom meeting links (we need a few days to manually approve everyone)
All activities and workshops will be on Zoom meeting links directly given in the email(no extra registration required)
